Mark Hopkins is an experienced Battery Designer and Research & Development Engineer based in Morden in Surrey, Greater London. Mark has over 20 years experience designing products for use in the Broadcast & Film industries and also the military. He also has 18 years experience in research and development and creating documentation to ISO 9001 standard.
For over 18 years Mark has worked extensively researching new technology for the development of cutting edge battery, charger and lighting design. A large number of products Mark helped to develop are currently being used in the field today by major broadcasters such as the BBC, Sky News, Reuters and many others.

Mark is also set a Fédération Aéronautique Internationale (FAI) & Guinness World Record holder for duration in 2003, with a battery powered radio controlled model helicopter using his own unique design battery. The developments Mark made in this design, have been incorporated into existing PAG Ltd’s Li-Ion batteries.
